KLK is an agriculture company based in the Northern Cape with 23 branches and diverse interests including retail (trading branches and Build It franchises), livestock, auctioneering, motor dealerships, petroleum and insurance. The business was running on outdated, internally developed and disparate third‑party systems that couldn’t support consolidation, credit control or reliable reporting—compounded by remote branches that required an offline-capable POS solution.

KLK implemented Sage 300 ERP, Sage RMS, Sage CRM and Alchemex to create an end‑to‑end platform linking POS, finance and CRM. The solution enabled offline POS syncing to head office, streamlined inventory, procurement and order fulfilment, consolidated credit control, and delivered accurate, real‑time management information—resulting in improved data integrity, faster decision‑making and greater operational efficiency.
