El Chaparral Golf Club, a well-known course on the Costa del Sol serving members and thousands of visitors yearly, was managing roughly 8,000 contacts in a single Excel spreadsheet. That manual system was inefficient and made targeted communication, mailings and customer management slow and difficult.
Sage partner ISGe implemented Sage CRM—migrating the spreadsheet, applying minor customizations and providing training—integrating Outlook and email-marketing tools for parameter-driven group mailings and synced appointments/contacts. The club gained significant time savings, a more organized customer knowledge base and improved ability to act on customer information, with much of the CRM’s capability still available to expand into.
