HTDS strengthens its customer relations with Sage CRM

Hi-Tech Detection Systems (HTDS) is a France-based specialist in high-technology detection solutions with subsidiaries across North Africa and the Middle East and diverse client segments. The company struggled with a decentralized, multi-country customer management setup—relying on Excel sheets—which made marketing, sales and historical data tracking slow and error-prone. HTDS needed a centralized CRM to streamline complex processes and secure quote and order histories.

HTDS migrated to Sage CRM (integrated with its existing Sage 100 systems) with partner support to implement a single database and user-friendly interfaces. The new system lets staff create multi-currency quotes in Word format, import supplier prices automatically, send emails from the CRM and use performance indicators to forecast six-month turnover. These changes sped up procedures, improved marketing targeting and campaign relevance, and increased visibility for better decision-making and strengthened customer relations.
