Horizon implemented Sage CRM with Sage 300 ERP to automate order entry, web dispatches, wave picking, real‑time inventory, credit‑card processing, timecards and returns workflows. The integration improved accuracy and throughput, halved credit‑card processing time, eliminated the need to hire about five additional shipping/warehouse staff, and enabled the company to handle roughly seven times the business volume it could without the system, supporting steady growth and stronger customer service.
