Tecnopacking, a Spanish manufacturer and distributor of packaging founded in 1989, experienced rapid national growth and diversification that strained its management systems. The company needed stronger financial analysis, better sales-support tools for a large mobile sales force, and integration of isolated production and quality processes to reduce errors and duplication.

With Alianza Informática, Tecnopacking implemented Sage ERP X3 and Sage CRM (deployment began April 2011) to connect regional offices, give travelling salespeople real‑time access via web dashboards, and centralize data. The new platform improved reporting and decision‑making, automated back‑office tasks, reduced duplication and errors, and freed resources for new business lines—supporting continued growth (30% annual growth, €18M turnover in 2010, forecast €22M in 2011).
