FIMM, a France-based industrial solutions company and subsidiary of a leading ultrasonic-cleaning machine manufacturer, supplies detergents and implements ultrasonic cleaning processes across France, Belgium, Switzerland and Germany. As its mobile sales team expanded in 2012, FIMM needed a way to track prospects, compile and organise information, create reports and give the whole business better visibility while integrating with its existing Sage accounting systems.
FIMM implemented Sage CRM (integrated with its Sage business management/ERP), standardising real-time information sharing, streamlining proposal creation and targeting, and replacing paper-based processes.
