EndureGo closes the deal with Sage CRM

EndureGo is a South Australian CPA firm and registered tax agent offering mortgage broking, taxation, accounting and financial planning services. As the business grew, its in-house Microsoft Access database proved too limited for tracking prospects through to clients, managing follow-ups, attaching documents and meeting compliance requirements, and staff needed remote access to client information.

EndureGo implemented cloud-based Sage CRM, migrating existing data and using a Sage partner for setup. Consultants now record every interaction, use reminders and attachments, and access records from laptops or mobiles; the system eliminated data loss, improved proactive follow-up and compliance documentation, and helped the firm close more sales and better manage client relationships.
