DCC gains a single view across all the points of interaction between members and Chamber departments

Dublin Chamber of Commerce, which has represented Greater Dublin businesses for over 200 years and serves 1,100 member companies (plus 6,500 prospects), needed to replace an ageing, standalone CRM that could not integrate with its Sage accounts system. Disconnected systems forced manual data imports and made it hard to get a complete view of member interactions across membership, events and export services, limiting efficiency and visibility.

Working with Sage partner Enbu, the Chamber implemented Sage CRM integrated with an upgraded Sage 200 backend and a new member web portal (25 CRM licenses). The unified system created a single view of member activity, streamlined invoicing and month‑end accounts, improved reporting and productivity, and enabled targeted retention efforts (including an inactivity report) that helped raise membership retention by 2% in the first year.
