CISET improves its customer management processes thanks to Sage CRM

CISET is a Madrid-based IT company (founded in 1999) that operates three distinct brands—CISET, The Reuse Company and Overti—and serves over 200 organisations. As it expanded nationally and internationally, the company needed a single, adaptable information system to manage multi-brand sales processes, opportunity lifecycles and tailored workflows/dashboards while enabling teams to share information and work more efficiently.

In 2012 CISET deployed the full Sage CRM suite (sales, marketing and support) in about a month with only minor customisations and internal training, and integrated it with Sage Murano ERP and a mobility module. The result was unified administration and real-time dashboards, centralized customer data, improved sales oversight, faster onboarding, better marketing segmentation and reduced errors, meetings and operational costs.
