AGS Solar, a Cape Town–based solar water heating provider and member of the Saban group, faced rapid growth that made managing inquiries and customer data in spreadsheets impractical. To support expansion and improve customer retention, the company engaged AWCape and implemented Sage CRM on a hosted virtual server in October 2014.
Centralising customer and sales data with Sage CRM — including mobile access for a roaming sales force — gave AGS Solar real-time visibility of opportunities, faster deal closing, better order tracking and improved information for strategic decision-making.
