OnSide, a charity that operates a network of Youth Zones for young people, faced a challenge with its aging Salesforce Classic implementation. Seeking greater speed and efficiency in its operations to focus more resources on its core mission, the organization partnered with vendor Sabio's partner makepositive to migrate to the more modern and functional Salesforce Lightning platform.

This provided reception staff with simplified search and payment functions and enabled youth workers to spend less time on administration.
