Crabtree & Evelyn worked with Sabio after Nan Hai’s acquisition in 2015, when the business needed rebranding and a complete review of its customer relationship management and marketing approach. The result was a globally consistent CRM and marketing platform that improved collaboration across teams, enabled highly personalised and segmented campaigns, and made Crabtree & Evelyn one of the first multi-cloud implementations in the EMEA region.
