Sabio, through its Makepositive team, worked with Aston Martin, which needed to automate its motor show VIP registration process. The luxury car manufacturer required a system for its Geneva event that would allow guests to easily sign up for the VIP lounge and have their interest tracked.
The solution involved integrating Salesforce Sales Cloud with Salesforce Marketing Cloud to manage invitations and personalize communications using AMPScript. Sabio configured the systems for data transfer and built a Journey to trigger messages based on customer interactions. As a result, VIP guests successfully received and registered via personalized invitations, used QR codes for lounge access, and received post-event follow-ups, creating a replicable platform for Aston Martin's future events.
