A RWS Case Study
Zoho, a global software company with more than 55 cloud products, faced growing complexity and inconsistency as it scaled into non‑English markets. Relying on a mix of freelancers and local vendors made website localization slow, costly and hard to manage, so Zoho sought a centralized partner to preserve brand messaging and improve quality.
Zoho partnered with RWS to deploy a centralized localization program using a TMS, Mantra API, Drupal connectors, translation memory and MTPE to automate the workflow and reduce manual touchpoints. The result: more than 12 million words translated in one year, a 64% reduction in localization costs, average turnaround cut from 10 days to 3–4 days, 23 languages supported and RWS now handling 80–90% of Zoho’s localized content.
