Turkish Airlines deploys a global platform with 250 sites in 13 languages

Turkish Airlines, a 35,000+ employee flag carrier based in Istanbul, needed to modernize its global web presence and customer experience to support its mission of becoming Europe’s preferred air carrier. The project had to address multi-country, multi-language content management, coordination across distributed teams and time zones, high traffic performance and integration with booking, DAM, translation and analytics systems.

EXLRT implemented RWS Tridion Sites as the enterprise CMS, delivering a global platform of 250 sites in 13 languages using SCRUM, Blueprint architecture and staged rollouts; the engagement covered specification, installation, personalization, SEO, integrations, testing, training and ongoing support. The new solution simplified multi‑country management, enabled targeted personalized experiences that increased conversion and retention, and delivered a scalable, high‑performance, stable platform that met and exceeded expectations.
