St. James’s Place, a wealth management company with a network of more than 4,500 financial advisors, needed a faster and more compliant way to manage content across its partner websites. Its existing process for updating around 2,000 websites was slow, costly, and inefficient, making it difficult to support a brand refresh and maintain consistency at scale. RWS, through Tridion Sites, provided the content management platform used to address this challenge.
RWS implemented Tridion Sites to centralize, control, and reuse content with BluePrinting technology, enabling St. James’s Place to complete a brand refresh in just a couple of months. The results were significant: a team of five can now handle 60 to 80 content changes per day across more than 2,000 websites, with improvements in cost, speed, compliance, personalization, and SEO performance.
