A RWS Case Study
Tessenderlo Group, an international chemicals company with about 8,100 employees and operations in 20 countries, faced an outdated eight‑year‑old CMS that made product information, contacts and navigation hard to find and left the site looking obsolete. The company needed to balance consistent global branding with local flexibility for many languages, regions and business units.
Tessenderlo implemented SDL Tridion Sites (with Amplexor) using BluePrinting to enable reusable content components, strong multilingual support, a central search and faceted product finder, and delegated regional content management. The new site improved usability, better serves diverse stakeholders, supports lead generation, and sets the group up to migrate subsidiaries to one CMS for faster expansion and cost savings while preserving brand consistency.
