The old system relied on a limited third-party visualization tool, an outdated UI, manual ETL that took about 15 days to consolidate multi-hospital data, and ad hoc room assignments that led to delays when rooms lacked the right equipment.

RWS built an automated ETL pipeline, replaced third-party charts with built-in customizable visualizations, redesigned the UI for responsiveness, and developed a custom AI engine to recommend and auto-assign appropriately equipped rooms. The updated cloud app refreshes data every other day, supports drill-down analytics and mobile use, serves 700+ daily users, increases patient throughput, reduces wait times and cancellations, and gives the client a competitive, data-driven advantage.
