Case Study: Ricoh achieves brand-consistent, multilingual web control with RWS Tridion Sites BluePrinting

A RWS Case Study

Preview of the Ricoh Case Study

Ricoh - Customer Case Study

Ricoh Europe, the EMEA headquarters of Ricoh Company Ltd., needed a way to present multiple brands (Ricoh, Lanier, Nashuatec, Rex‑Rotary, Gestetner) across 20 country sites in 16 languages while reusing regional content, maintaining brand consistency and allowing local offices to add their own pages and control launch timing. Managing hundreds to thousands of pages across many markets made content maintenance and brand control difficult.

Ricoh implemented Tridion Sites with BluePrinting (and DXD), centralizing product and corporate content in a parent blueprint that countries can selectively inherit and schedule for publication. The result: consistent navigation and branding across sites, rapid site‑wide updates (e.g., logo and navigation changes), more than 100 staff trained, sites ranging up to 1,200 pages, and multilingual coverage across 20 countries — delivering better control and faster, strategic use of the web.
