They implemented RWS Tridion to create one source of truth for content, deliver personalized and localized experiences (translated into 30 languages and personalized across 60 markets), and roll out immersive features like 3D tours and VR. Since adoption, online bookings have doubled, the site reaches users in 95+ countries, and key metrics improved substantially (≈+23% conversion rate, -40% bounce rate, +54% time on page, +357% CTR), with app engagement and localized campaign conversions also rising.
