Sodexo, a global leader in food and facilities management with more than 420,000 employees across 64 countries, faced the challenge of managing hundreds of public websites while maintaining a consistent, recognizable brand across multiple languages and local markets. The company needed to present unified branding and navigation globally while still allowing country teams to publish localized content and information.

Sodexo implemented Tridion Sites (with BluePrinting) to centralize templates, style sheets, images and corporate assets, rolling the solution out first in the UK, France, Belgium and Morocco. Local teams and their agency were quickly trained to use the system, enabling fast three-month site launches, significant cost and time savings, consistent global branding, and controlled local flexibility for color schemes, layouts and accessibility requirements.
