Philips Health Systems’ Patient Care & Monitoring Solutions group was struggling with a slow, error-prone terminology process that relied on spreadsheets and email. Manual steps and limited collaboration meant terminology work lagged behind translation projects, feedback was rare, and inconsistent source and target terms increased rework and translation costs.

By adopting SDL MultiTerm Workflow (integrated with MultiTerm and SDL Trados Studio) and tailoring its workflow, the team moved terminology requests, queries and approvals into a single, collaborative platform.
