Paula’s Choice, a global skincare brand within Unilever’s Prestige division, was scaling rapidly across ecommerce sites in 20+ countries but struggled to keep up with the volume and speed of localized content. Manual export/import workflows were slow and error-prone, translators were editing HTML directly, and there weren’t in-house linguists for all target languages—putting growth and backend stability at risk.
Following a recommendation from an LSP, Paula’s Choice ran a four-team pilot to deploy RWS Trados Enterprise with a Salesforce Commerce Cloud connector and Translation Memory support; the Danish site went live in just two days using a “super adaptive” approach and 15 internal stakeholders. The platform automated workflows, reduced errors, enabled one-click language launches, and helped drive triple-digit sales growth in Denmark within four months; Paula’s Choice is now expanding Trados Enterprise across markets and teams.
