DDI, a global management training and consultancy firm with 42 offices in 26 countries, needed to localize learning content into 21 languages while continuously updating and adapting programs for classroom, virtual and short-form delivery. Their prior provider struggled with consistency and the review phase became a bottleneck, slowing time-to-market and driving up costs.

DDI partnered with SDL and deployed SDL Managed Translation plus trained third‑party reviewers, stronger governance, and shared translation memories and glossaries. The new workflow improved quality and consistency, sped up delivery, enabled translation of over 3.5 million words, achieved 98% on-time delivery and delivered 23% cost savings across all languages.
