OP Bank Group - Customer Case Study

OP Bank Group, a Finnish cooperative of 231 member banks with 700 branches and millions of customers, struggled with a fragmented web presence: customer and employee sites ran on different CMSs, lacked shared content, consistent branding and effective tools for target-group marketing and personalization.

OP implemented SDL Tridion Sites, using content/layout separation and BluePrinting plus integration with CRM and a BEA WebLogic portal to centralize content, localize branch-level variations and drive personalized experiences. The solution delivered a consistent look-and-feel across thousands of pages and hundreds of authors, reduced maintenance, training and authoring time, and enabled targeted customer marketing with plans to extend to print and outbound email.
