OMRON Automation Americas generates more leads and improves multiple online KPIs

Omron Automation Americas, part of the global Omron Group, provides advanced industrial automation solutions across multiple industries. Their website struggled with a misaligned information architecture, weak product pages, hidden discontinued-product data, poor SEO and low conversion rates, and they needed a future-ready platform that could support multiple markets, languages and channels.

Omron implemented Tridion Sites (headless/DXD) with a React front end, integrated Bynder DAM and HubSpot, and launched a personalized self-service portal and enhanced search. Launched across four markets and languages, the new site delivered measurable gains: organic search up ~15% (nearly 20% more Google traffic), average search position improved by over 10 places, mobile traffic rose from 14% to 23%, over 800 leads and 600 new accounts, page views nearly doubled, bounce rate and session metrics improved, and site load time cut by about four seconds.
