JPALS needed a way to coordinate maintenance diagnostics and share diagnostic data between ship, maintenance, and training systems across mission stages. To establish a real-time S1000D process data module solution, JPALS worked with RWS and its LiveContent maintenance console.

With RWS LiveContent integrated, JPALS could communicate and log diagnostic data across multiple systems during launch, en route, and recovery, while also pulling data from the IETM and ship maintenance systems to support operations. The solution also enabled just-in-time training modules, improving coordination and helping JPALS keep mission support running smoothly.
