Honda Motor Europe supports a 30,000-strong franchised dealer network across Europe with multilingual training and eLearning in up to 18 languages, helping technicians, sales and service teams adapt as vehicles shift toward electric and hydrogen power. The challenge was to scale and standardize high-quality, technical training content across many markets while preserving local accuracy and meeting tight timelines.
RWS centralized Honda’s localization, applying translation memory and terminology management, human translation with MT post-editing, client review workflows, eLearning course rebuilds, voiceover/subtitling, DTP and testing. The partnership delivered faster, more consistent localizations, greater capacity for demand peaks, improved process efficiency and dependable, responsive support — positioning Honda to roll out the new terminology and training needed for future vehicle technologies.
