EVA Air cuts web publishing time in half with Tridion Sites upgrade

EVA Air, one of Taiwan’s largest airlines serving 60+ destinations worldwide, needed to upgrade its aging Tridion Sites CMS to address end-of-life security risks and improve web performance for thousands of daily visitors. The airline required a seamless update that preserved the familiar front-end experience so customers could continue booking, checking in and managing flights without interruption.

Working with RWS professional services, EVA Air completed an as‑is upgrade to Tridion Sites 10 on time and on budget with no customer disruption. The new platform delivered doubled publishing speed, stronger security and greater stability (including GraphQL APIs and centralized SSO), improved authoring efficiency, and measurable uplifts in site performance and engagement.
