Scania, the global commercial vehicle maker, needed to create a consistent brand identity and build stronger customer relationships online across a vast international footprint — managing corporate and local sites in 66 countries and 37 languages while keeping communications coordinated and on-brand.
Scania implemented SDL Tridion as a global CMS to centralize core product and service content, translations and shared assets while allowing local sites to inherit and customize material. The result: distributors can launch comprehensive national sites in weeks with no special web skills, brand experience and messaging are consistent worldwide, and customers can more easily find national sales and service information.
