CoachHub extends professional digital coaching services into new markets with localized apps

CoachHub, a Berlin-based digital coaching platform with a network of 3,500+ coaches and more than a thousand enterprise customers, was scaling quickly and needed a reliable, collaborative localization approach to enter new markets without slowing app development. The company wanted greater consistency, control and TMS integration to support rapid expansion from eight languages to many more.

CoachHub partnered with RWS to automate workflows, integrate their TMS, and provide in‑market translators, glossaries and QA managed by experienced project managers. In 18 months they localized apps for 11 new markets (bringing total languages to 19), achieving faster, more consistent translations, higher content quality and improved user satisfaction with a strong quality‑to‑cost ROI.
