China Airlines launches new websites with Tridion Sites

China Airlines, Taiwan’s flag carrier with routes to 151 destinations worldwide, faced fragmented, agency-driven websites that made it impossible to share content, maintain brand consistency or support modern e-commerce and synchronized cross-channel updates. Updates were slow and IT-dependent, so the airline sought a centralized global web content management system to unify multilingual sites, improve online service and deliver personalized experiences across devices.

China Airlines implemented RWS Tridion Sites with the Tridion Digital Experience Accelerator, chosen for its BluePrinting technology and aviation industry experience, to centralize content, enable one-click localization and support component-based publishing. The US site launched in 16 weeks, doubling traffic and increasing conversions by 90%; the program then rolled out 11 more sites across 11 languages, streamlining publishing, reducing IT reliance, and delivering consistent, personalized omnichannel experiences.
