Alliance Data Systems, a Dallas-based provider of loyalty and marketing services powering more than 400 white‑labeled consumer websites, faced mounting inefficiency and high operational cost from a homemade CMS that required manual content embedding. RWS implemented Tridion Sites with RWS Translation Management (an ~8‑month deployment), using blueprinting, flexible content APIs and translation integration to create a centralized content hub.
