A RWS Case Study
ADAMA, a global agrochemical leader formed from the consolidation of Makhteshim Agan, set out to unify more than 40 local brands under a single global identity. Its digital presence was highly fragmented—many countries ran different CMSs (or had no site), messages and assets were inconsistent, and the company needed to launch 50 sites across 45+ markets on a tight nine-month schedule tied to the brand announcement.
Using SDL Web (BluePrinting), SDL Language services and partner Building Blocks, ADAMA centralized content, integrated translation workflows and enabled scalable content sharing while allowing local teams to tailor sites. The corporate site went live a day early and all 50 sites were launched in under nine months, resulting in doubled web traffic, stronger brand consistency, faster local publishing and clearer visibility into global web costs.
