Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC), which owns and operates five airports and several aviation subsidiaries in the UAE, set out to deliver a personalized, traveler-centric online experience while protecting brand consistency across web, mobile, SMS, email and digital kiosks. As part of its strategy ADAC separated B2B and customer-facing sites and needed a single content platform to tailor information (terminal details, departure times, parking and lounges) to passengers across channels.
Working with partner Indivirtual, ADAC implemented SDL Tridion Sites as a unified CMS to manage multi-channel content and personalization. The solution delivered a scalable digital platform, faster content updates and more cohesive branding, driving more than a 40% increase in online traffic and earning international recognition and multiple industry awards.
