A RWS Case Study
B2B International is a global B2B market research firm that runs thousands of multilingual projects across eight locations. Because most studies require accurate localized questionnaires, the company faced inefficiencies from a decentralized translation process—duplicate work, inconsistent terminology, unpredictable costs and no way to preserve translation choices for future use.
To address this, B2B International centralized translation management, appointed an in-house translation coordinator and adopted SDL Trados Studio and SDL Language Cloud, building and re-using translation memories, preparing files in-house, and tapping specialist freelancers. The changes produced faster turnaround, lower translation costs, more consistent output, easier client review of bilingual files and higher-quality machine-translated data for survey analysis, giving the company greater control and scalability.
