Tri-Valley Opportunity Council Saves Time, Improves Efficiencies with Paperless Shop

Tri-Valley Opportunity Council (TVOC) is a community action agency in Crookston, MN, serving several counties and offering services for seniors, migrant and seasonal farm workers, families in need of childcare, and rural transportation customers. TVOC’s maintenance shop relied on printed work orders and a time clock, which led to missed clock-ins/outs, missing part numbers, inventory errors and time-consuming corrections.

TVOC implemented RTA’s Paperless Shop on tablets and mobile devices, replacing paper forms with electronic work orders that let technicians clock on/off quickly, add parts automatically, and access jobs remotely. The switch improved accuracy in labor and parts tracking, reduced time spent correcting mistakes, and increased overall shop efficiency.
