Fleet Services at Indiana University in Bloomington operates a full-service maintenance facility supporting campus transportation, rentals, leases and vehicle sales. When the university challenged departments to cut paper use, the Fleet Services team targeted the heavy printing of daily reports and work orders as their primary opportunity.
