Long Chim in Sydney, celebrated for authentic Thai street food, needed a more intuitive POS and a robust back-of-house to run an efficient, profitable operation without compromising food quality. Previously using cumbersome systems, they required centralized head‑office reporting, strong inventory control for thousands of transactions, seamless front‑ and back‑of‑house integration, and an easy‑to‑learn platform. roommaster was engaged, deploying the back‑of‑house Sysnet solution and Exceed POS front‑of‑house integrations to meet these needs.

roommaster implemented Sysnet with accounts‑flow electronic invoicing, recipe management tied to the POS, automatic ingredient deductions, networked kitchen printers, an interactive floor plan, Syslink for head‑office synchronization and Exceed POS integrated with Tyro. The result was consistent cocktail preparation and presentation, automatic and accurate stock control, fewer invoice errors, improved kitchen communication and faster service (orders delivered in about 5–10 minutes on busy nights of ~250 covers), more sittings per session and reliable labour reporting — boosting efficiency and customer satisfaction.
