PitchBook, a Seattle-based research firm providing financial market data and insights, faced aggressive 2020 sales and revenue targets that required generating substantially more pipeline. With an evolving ideal customer profile (ICP) and lengthening sales cycles caused by the pandemic, PitchBook partnered with RollWorks to accelerate account-based outreach and deliver targeted ads and account scoring to support sales.

RollWorks implemented a machine‑learning account scoring model on PitchBook’s 2,000-account list to surface a 300-account high‑priority set, integrated with Salesforce, and activated synchronized web and LinkedIn ad “air cover” alongside sales outreach (while PitchBook layered in its own data). In three months RollWorks-driven programs produced a 170% increase in opportunities, a 79% rise in target-account website visits, and a 220% increase in accounts engaging with the brand.
