Vodafone Czech Republic, a telecommunications company, needed to connect its Adobe Analytics data with its online marketing platform data to measure campaign ROI and cost per conversion. Their challenge was to move beyond last-click attribution to accurately identify which marketing channels were over or undervalued. They partnered with ROIVENUE and utilized its AI data-driven attribution alongside Adobe Analytics Data Feeds.
ROIVENUE implemented a solution that involved setting up a daily data feed from Adobe Analytics to its marketing suite via Azure Blob Storage. This integration allowed ROIVENUE to process the data and reconstruct complete customer paths. As a result, Vodafone is now able to evaluate all marketing activities, see exactly how many leads and purchases each campaign generated, and identify where to achieve the best cost per acquisition in the future.
