SOULCYCLE, a health, wellness and fitness company with roughly 3,000 employees across three offices and 90+ studios, struggled with a manual, single-person conference-room booking process that left employees waiting hours or days for room confirmations. To solve this, SOULCYCLE adopted Robin’s conference room/space scheduling solution to replace the bottleneck and give employees direct access to room availability.
Robin implemented room displays, a dashboard and calendar integrations so staff can see floor plans, find and book rooms instantly, and check into meetings; new hires are trained on Robin during onboarding. The change eliminated the prior hours-or-days delay, made employees far more self-sufficient, increased productivity across the organization, and set the stage for future features like Robin Interactive Maps to improve wayfinding.
