Robin implemented its scheduling and analytics platform, giving Sonos real-time transparency into bookings and space utilization. The Robin mobile app became a key booking channel (with over 20 percent of meetings being impromptu), and Robin’s metrics let Sonos track which areas and room types are used most often, enabling data-driven decisions to optimize space across its global locations.
