Hootsuite needed a better way to manage its hybrid workplace as it grew, with challenges around desk layouts, meeting room scheduling, health and safety protocols, and keeping collaboration effective across offices. Its facilities team had been relying on spreadsheets that quickly became outdated, while the company also needed a more flexible way to support changing workforce needs.

Robin provided the workplace management platform Hootsuite used to customize floor plans, enable desk and conference room booking, and support contact tracing and social distancing. With Robin’s implementation support and rollout strategy, Hootsuite improved collaboration, helped employees feel more comfortable using the office, and accommodated 400 new employees without adding office space, reducing real-estate costs through desk hoteling.
