OneEleven, a Toronto coworking space hosting over 55 companies and roughly 1,100–1,400 people across 160+ meeting rooms, was struggling with scale: frequent double bookings, poor visibility into room availability, and slow support from its previous scheduling provider. To address these issues, OneEleven chose Robin’s conference room scheduling solution, including its Google Calendar integration and workplace analytics.
Robin deployed its scheduling platform with hands‑on setup and fast support, integrating directly into members’ Google Calendars and using group/permission controls to manage multiple companies. The result: room conflicts and complaints stopped, adoption was immediate (change‑management time was cut in half), admins gained better control and visibility, and Robin’s analytics reshaped a recent expansion—favoring 2–4 person focus rooms over large conference rooms—to improve space utilization and member satisfaction.
