TraceLink, a growing technology company, needed to pivot from fully in-office operations to hybrid work during the pandemic while still maintaining productivity, improving employee experience, and attracting and retaining talent. As it moved into a new global HQ, TraceLink turned to Robin to help design a flexible workplace strategy and support its hybrid work model.

Robin implemented a unified workplace management approach for TraceLink, managing desks, spaces, and guest traffic across five global locations, with QR code-based booking and check-in from mobile. The new HQ was redesigned around flexible pods and different work settings, and the results included a 58% increase in workstation utilization, a 166% increase in collaborative space usage, and nearly 100% employee adoption of Robin, with more than 60% of the global team using the office monthly.
