FactSet Takes Flexibility to a Global Level with Robin

FactSet, a global investment and asset management firm, needed to scale its hybrid work strategy from a single headquarters pilot to 33 offices worldwide while supporting more than 11,000 employees. As offices closed during the pandemic, the company also had to right-size space, improve collaboration areas, and manage occupancy across 19 countries using Robin.

With Robin, FactSet implemented a global desk-booking and workplace management rollout supported by attendance reporting, badge-swipe analysis, staff training, and office-specific booking policies. Robin helped FactSet repurpose space, expand flex and meeting rooms, and increase hotel desks from 3% to 100%, enabling more than 6,000 desk bookings and 2,000 space bookings while reducing its real-estate footprint by 37%.
