Elastic, a distributed software company with 2,070 employees and 40+ offices, faced the challenge of safely bringing people back to the office after COVID-19 closures. Elastic needed capacity controls, social-distanced floor planning, contact tracing, and a way to restore employee confidence in a hybrid workplace. To address this, the team selected Robin (Robin Return) as their back-to-office solution.

Robin enabled Elastic to map and edit floor plans, set capacity and social-distancing rules with drag-and-drop tools, and offer mobile desk booking (hot and hoteled desks) so employees could reserve socially distanced seats.
