DEPT needed to rethink its office strategy in a post-pandemic, virtual-first world and find a smaller downtown Boston space that employees would actually want to use. Working with Robin, DEPT set out to redesign the workplace around employee feedback and a better office experience.

Robin helped DEPT launch the new workplace and then collect data after opening to see how the space was performing. The insights gave DEPT a way to make targeted improvements and refine its future workplace strategy based on real usage.
