Swish Dental, a Central Texas dental care company with 200 employees across 18 offices, faced slow, error-prone HR processes—manual onboarding with Paychex, duplicated scheduling and payroll systems, and frequent payroll corrections that wasted time and hindered growth. To solve this, Swish Dental moved to Rippling and its unified HRIS, payroll, and scheduling tools.

Rippling automated onboarding and consolidated scheduling and payroll (initially stabilizing Deputy integration and later using Rippling’s scheduling), eliminating much of the manual work and payroll mistakes. Rippling’s platform saved Swish the equivalent of one work day per pay period on scheduling and 15 hours a month onboarding new hires (more than 30 hours a month overall), let a two-person HR team manage 200 employees across 18 offices, and replaced a patchwork of systems with a single, scalable solution.
